Women’s Feet in Focus by Thomas Wuhrer
The young German artist, photographer Thomas Wuhrer more like a child interested in drawing and painting. In particular, he loved comics, graphites and airbrush. But when the sisters got a LOMO camera (this plastic-thing with 4 lenses) in 2004. years, his interest in photography is growing steadily. Wuhrere started to research his options, but soon wanted to go even further. Purchased a digital camera, which was initiated by an avalanche. Namely, Wuhrer was unable to stop the issue of research in the field of art photography.
The love for this art has been growing, and more pervade him, especially from the moment when Wuhrer has learned how he can change his photo on a computer. Wuhrer is today a top photographer, recognized and known, but an amateur. He is not concerned with professional photography, but from pleasure. His style is hard to describe with words, as the youthful pervasive and intertwined. Funky, different, but Unnatural natural, cool, fresh, free, freaky, lyrical, real… all this today wearing and roll, so it’s hard to talk about any style precisely.
Wuhrer love natural light, and thatćs why most often he works on the open air. His distance from the model is almost always minimal, as shown on the these photos. Photographed girls Wuhrer stresses legs and feet, because that’s the main idea behind these photos. Everything is shown from an unusual angle, and focus is what is most important for these photographs – the legs.
The inspiration for the creation of his work Wehrer finds in music and movies. Wuhrer’s motto is that everyone needs to find his own style, that anyone should be critical of him and from his work to deliver maximum. It is obvious that he is led by this idea, because this work he create relaxed and with fun, and without wasting time and money on unnecessary things. His work really can be a signpost to young people how to create works of art with love.
